REVIEW – Windjana Villa, Mission Beach (Australia)

We are lucky enough to have friends who own a villa in Mission beach, which lies directly opposite Dunk Island. The villa has been featured in Australian Style and Vogue magazines. The villa is available to rent to the public at $600 AUD per night, although we were fortunate enough to stay here for free.

REVIEW – Park Hyatt Sydney

The Park Hyatt Sydney isn't cheap. Even when using 10% discount codes on gift certificates, this hotel isn't even on nodding terms with cheap. However the Park Hyatt Sydney is worth every penny. The staff are aware of the fact that they have a hell of a reputation to live up, due in no small part to the hotel's location. They deal with this pressure with charm, competence and a true sense of what hospitality means. If you can, make sure you come here at least once in your life. If your budget won't permit a stay then consider going for breakfast, just to take in the fantastic view (and those omelettes!). You won't be disappointed. Park Hyatt Sydney. Believe the hype.

REVIEW – Cathay Pacific : Business – Sydney to Hong Kong (A330 Longhaul Config)

My seat was in the first row of the mini-cabin (19A), which could have meant extra noise from the galley. I had a feeling this wouldn't be a problem on CX, an airline renowned for the quality of the in flight service (I was right). The benefit is that you get an extra large foot cubby!
