qantas business class 737
REVIEW – Qantas: Business Class – Sydney to Melbourne (B767)
Overall, the experience with Qantas was mixed. The crew are very helpful and friendly. They have their wits about them and behave like competent, experienced adults. With some other airlines you get younger crews who may look better but you get the feeling that their ability to improvise, go the extra mile or even engage in decent conversation is somewhat limited.

REVIEW – Qantas: Business – Tokyo to Sydney
Unfortunately the bed in the 744 is not 100% flat, the foot rest sags and you do end up sliding a bit. I usually have trouble sleeping on planes and this flight was no exception. I ended up just watching movies for a few hours whilst everybody else slept. On the plus side, this meant I was awake to see the epic sunrise

REVIEW – Virgin Atlantic : Upper Class – London to Tokyo (second time)
All in all this was a great flight, VS has a great ground experience although the addition of Delta elites seems to have had a negative impact during the first week of crossover benefits, the time in which we were travelling, I'm sure this will be ironed out over time. On board, the crew were engaging, proactive and chatty. The beds are fully flat and private plus there is a decent snack menu and a bar. Also, PJs in Business Class!

REVIEW – Air France Business Class Lounge : Paris CDG – Terminal 2E – Hall L
Air France has universally been recognised as having one of the world's best First Class lounges. The Business Class facilities had long been conspicuous for their relative state of neglect and disrepair. With the newly renovated Hall L lounge Air France has made a strong statement of intent. Gone are the dreary, utilitarian days of yore. Now Air France wants to present varied seating, art, cocktails and abundant light.

REVIEW – Skyteam Lounge : London Heathrow T4
The kind of lounge that makes you want to arrive at the airport with barely a minute to spare. If you're 12 you'll love the playstations and unlimited Fanta but otherwise the fact that there is zero privacy, a lack of decent food and very few places to charge a device make this a lounge best avoided.
