For $152 this hotel was an absolute steal. The gym was fantastic, the decor throughout was very fresh and modern and the staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. I really liked the club lounge breakfast and am sure that it would be a great place to grab a drink in the evening too.
If you're staying in Long Beach this hotel is very hard to argue with!

The UAE is perfectly positioned for a UK traveller. You can hop on an overnight flight from London at around 9pm on Thursday and will arrive in Dubai or Abu Dhabi at 7am on Friday morning. Friday is when the UAE really parties, with most hotels laying on extremely lavish brunch buffets, featuring all manner of seafood, foie gras, freshly baked cakes and free flowing champagne. I always like to make Friday my arrival day for that reason.

However, for me this is a far more impressive resort than the PH Dubai, with better hardware and far keener pricing. For a long weekend escape during the European winter months, the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is an ideal choice.
