When I saw an airfare posted on Flyertalk.com for £1300 from Berlin to Indonesia, permitting numerous stopovers and with up to one year's total validity I knew I had to get involved.

The crew were excited to be there, I was excited to be there and everything just fell into place. The service was spectacular throughout and it was great to have so many interesting conversations with a group of people who seemed to care so deeply about their jobs.

The Intercontinental is a perfect place to stop for one night if you arrive late or are leaving early from the airport. Even if you only have one night in Bali, as a stopover, you would be able to immediately unwind with dinner in one of the seafront restaurants in Jimbaran followed by a walk along the beach and cocktails at the Sunset Bar and Grill.

I can't say enough good things about the decor, the pool and the privacy of the location. The villa is a little way out of town as tends to be the case with a lot of villas near Ubud.
